  • David Schoenfeld, MD

    Board-certified Dermatologist

Dr. David Schoenfeld founded the practice in 2001. It has been his mission to provide the highest quality dermatology care in the most efficient and caring manner for his neighbors of West Georgia and East Alabama. Dr. Schoenfeld is originally from upstate New York, but he begs his patients to forgive him for that. He actually grew up in a small town just like Carrollton. He performed his undergraduate studies at Cornell University and went to medical school at Duke. He stayed on at Duke for his internship in Internal Medicine and then came to Emory for his Dermatology residency. Dr. Schoenfeld served as Chief Resident at Emory and then joined the full-time faculty for a few years before moving to Carrollton. When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Schoenfeld enjoys golf and basketball, watching his beloved Duke Blue Devils, in addition to playing and coaching. He has volunteered with Special Olympics for many years and has performed various roles within the Carrollton City School System. He enjoys teaching the students who shadow him frequently at the office, but his favorite students are his patients as he tries to explain their skin conditions and what options they have for treatment.

  • Rhonda Rogers, MD

    Board-certified dermatologist

In 1983, Dr. Rhonda Rogers moved to Carrollton, GA, to open her Dermatology practice along with her husband, cardiologist Dr. William Rogers. Her interest in medicine began at an early age, largely due to Doctors Nat and Howard Glover, her pediatricians in Newnan, GA, who encouraged her decision at a time when women made up less than ten percent of all physicians. After graduating from Newnan High School and obtaining a BS degree in chemistry at Mercer University in Macon, GA, Dr. Rogers married her best friend and lab partner, and the two of them attended the Medical College of Georgia (MCG) together in Augusta, GA. She did two years of Internal Medicine at MCG before completing her Dermatology residency in 1983, also at MCG. Practicing medicine in the same town where she lives has been one of the greatest blessings of her career. Many of her patients are also her neighbors and friends, and having an office five minutes from her home has enabled her to routinely meet patients at the office for emergencies or even to read a TB skin test on the weekend. While many physicians today choose to practice or are forced logistically to practice far from where they live, Dr. Rogers has thoroughly enjoyed raising her four children in the West Georgia area where she lives, works, shops, and worships. Her hobbies include running, reading, and baking, but her greatest joy is spending time with her grandchildren.

  • Brittany Baker, PA-C

Brittany Baker is a NCCPA Board Certified Physician Assistant who received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with an emphasis in Pre-Medicine from the University of West Georgia. She was a collegiate soccer player all four years while attending the university, and was captain of the team her junior and senior year. Upon graduation, Brittany went on to earn her Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant studies from Mercer University in 2015. She is a member of Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants (GDPA) and American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
